S17E17 - Indian outro song....?

In Simpsons S17E17 an Indian tune is being played towards the end in all its really really ugly mastering (they even clipped in the amatoerish mixing just to make the point). Can anyone direct me towards the artist(s) behind that tune?

Its like... indish.. really wiggishly, snaky and foreign. arab tune. you get the picture... now name it!

I dont have to replay the tune in my head. I have winamp installed for a reason, but i guess ill have to find out for myself. again.

But - keeping on the top of things - the request is honest. i really wish to know the artist behind that "lice&worry" - song. I'll tell you when I find out. :-)
