This particular person (usenet pimp) has been tunneling through open proxies all along, and neither Rutgers' nor AOL's abuse departments will bother with reports concerning him.

The gameoctopus/lobster IP addresses in my report were the only ones that weren't showing up as proxified in the DNSBL and open proxy list databases (like all of usenet pimp's do). They, at least, were legitimate indicators of gameoctopus' providers.
