At first I thought you were talking about Bart and Lisa's great aunt Gladys, but I finally realized that you meant Beatrice Simmons. She died of a broken heart. The Series is "The Simpsons". The episode is "Old Money".

MAUD FLANDERS is dead i dnt know what episode but she is with ned at a ball game and the cheerleaders have t-shirt guns! they fire 5 t-shirts at homer cause he drew a bullseye on his gut. he sees food (i think ) on the ground bends down to pick it up the t-shirts miss him and hit Maud throwing her off the bleaches and to her death far below!

You must have missed the end of that episode. It turns out Bart only THOUGHT Flanders had killed Maude, but actually he had only killed a plant. Lisa had to go into the Flanders' house and everything. Man, it was scary!

It was called Bart of Darkness. Season 6, Episode 1, first aired Sep. 4, 1994.
