It just doesn't end

I don't think I have seen any show more run into the ground than this. Even The X-Files, which went crappy when Mulder left knew that 9 years was enough more than enough to pack it in. But 13...13...! Not because it's good anymore or they have any intelligent or creative ideas, but for advertising money. Yeah, there may be that one or two good episodes a season, but that doesn't amount to much. I love this show as much as anyone, I've been addicted to it since the first season. I have all the books, every episode on tape (and some on DVD), and have spent who knows how much on my obsession of it over the years. And that's why I want to see it cancelled. It's like watching a once beloved family pet die a slow, agonization, painful death, instead of just putting it out of its misery. I hate what they've done to The Simpsons.

Damn them. Damn them to hell.

Even a mediocre episode is more fun to watch than most stuff on tv at the same time slot. That's why I still watch it. Though the quality has certainly deteriorated it's still watchable.

Agreed!! I've laughed my ass off at every show this season! Sure, some are a bit out there...but IT'S A FRIGGIN' CARTOON! So sit back and enjoy instead of watching and waiting for something you don't like to happen so you can run and post on the Internet how much better the show used to be...
