I dont think i can count how many times the simpsons has used this 3 small episodes in 1 idea. Its an easy way out of making a real episode when they have run out of ideas.

It's all my fault....I made the suggestion to this newsgroup the show should do more non-Halloween, 'trilogy' type episodes back around 1999-2000.
