I think Fox does. The actors aren't even allowed to do those "KWPK Rocks!" promos in the characters' voices. This is certainly against her contract. The thing is, they can't fire the voice of Bart Simpson; it would ruin the show. So she'll only get a slap on the wrist, I'll bet.

Surely on reason his show, "MacHomer" hasn't been shut down after 14 years is because they can hold him over the voice actors. "Don't act up, or we'll fire you lousy bums. We can get Rick Miller to do the voices any time we want".
It becomes complicated, since the voice actors undoubtedly created those exact voices.
