That's gotta have been the funniest episode in season 14 (mind you most of season 14 sucked). The best part was the bit with "How many times has your father done something this stupid?" Lisa pushes button "I've been counting. 300" "I could have sworn it was 302" "Shhhh!" Plus Tony hawk and homer flying through the air on their decks, fighting was pretty good. Why didn't blink 182 get enough airtime (20 seconds is hardly enough). I also loved the extended chalkboard scene. (I will not <chop chop chop>). The spermicide gag at the end topped off the episode. I haven't seen a new simpsons this good in a few years.
The spellylimpics episode was pathetic <cough cough> other than the ocasional poke at the olympics and the riggings. About the only other funny part was in the opening how they went out of the way to mention that it was the 301st episode (not 303rd). How about the hot plate. What the hell?
They should have made "Barting over into a two part 1 hour episode like who shot mr burns. then the laughs could keep rollin in.
