Pray For MojoFeb 22, 2002, 1:05 PM ET

So, it's been mentioned in a few episodes that the name of Krusty's monkey (often seen smoking cigars, roller skating, and driving a limo) is named Mister Teeny. But does anyone know why he was named Mister Teeny?? Honestly, I don't know if there is a real answer to this question, just thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas . . .

Maybe not. Remember, the writers have nothing to do for eight hours a day except to go over minutae like what to name cartoon characters. There's more thought that goes into them than just picking something that sounds cool.

I thought Mister Teeny was named because when you abbreviate "Mister" to "Mr.", it's "Mr. Teeny" (or Martini).
