Actually, I hardly ever run into anyone bashing the Simpsons in here. Usually they just complain about a particular episode, or the quality of the most recent episodes in general. I think that's fine and dandy (like sour candy)

The show gave in to conformity, crude humor and simplification - many people here didn�t. And that�s good. People make a difference.

Why do people complain about complainers? It�s part of a living fandom to face different opinions, arguments, and alternatives. The show even taught in its great classic years that every problem has many many facets and that there are many different points of view and no simple solution to something.

I absolutely agree with your opinion. After all, complaining is only human nature...everybody does it at some point and nobody has to pay attention to it.

That's your opinion, nonetheless I would counter it by stating that others possess the right to express themselves by voicing dislike for the show.

The purpose of a newsgroup is to air views, opinions, thoughts, etc. on a specific topic, in this case being The Simpsons. It would be folly (and grossly unrealistic) to expect all who post here to concur with every statement ever posted.
