"'Tis The Fifteenth Season" episode wanted

Darn it, I thought I had every episode until I checked my list with the one on www.snpp.com.

I'm missing "'Tis the Fifteenth Season" which aired in December last year and is about Homer and Flanders trying to "out nice" eachother. I'd much prefer a VHS tape version of this so I can capture it and make a QuickTime version as high-quality as possible. I'll return the tape, reimburse for shipping via paypal, cash, etc. of course. I don't think so. I'm more interested in making a high-quality version of my own than just seeing an episode I missed. All the binaries I've made myself have turned out to be excellent, and the few I've downloaded have turned out to be crap. Thanks for the tip though!

Are you familiar with Wobbler caps? They range in size from 100-200 MB per episode, and the quality is always excellent. The people in a.b.t.s. are very much into high-quality caps. If you're hell-bent on making your own, then go for it...but you may want to take a look at a couple Wobbler caps if you haven't already. Good luck.

Hmm... I've heard of Real Media, Windows Media, QuickTime, AVI, Divx, MPEG-2, MPEG-1, and MPEG4, and even Bink but not Wobbler Caps. I'll check it out. Thanks!

Wobbler is a person who captures (caps) Simpsons episodes and digitally encodes them. They are usually in AVI format. If you're looking for HD-TV quality, these won't cut it. But I took them, converted them to VCD and they look beautiful (just like watching TV) on my crappy 14" screen. FWIW...
