Lunch Lady Doris

I was watching the episode "Sweet Seymour's Badass Song" tonight and when Lunch Lady Doris is next to a big drum of testicles she says "More testicles mean more iron!" I could have sworn that I once heard her say "More testicles mean more flavor!" Did they change the quote? Or did my ears betray me? Did anyone here ever her mention testicles and flavor?

BTW, it was "more iron". And another BTW, if the lady who worked in the lunch room at your school didn't look and act like Lunch Lady Doris, then what planet did you grow up on? The cafeteria at the Bancroft School in Worcester, Massachusetts, back in the 1960s, was a continuous casting call for Lunch Lady Doris look-a-likes.
