3) Mr. Burns tries to correct himself by saying, "I meant to say Lobo, Sheriff Lobo, they never should have cancelled that show

• Homer wakes up from a nightmare screaming, "Lobo, Lobo, Sheriff Lobo!"

• In another episode Homer whines, "But I want to watch Sheriff Lobo!"

Sheriff Lobo was a late 70's sitcom starring Claude Aikens. It was a spin- off show of another 70's television program, BJ and the Bear. Both were crap, but as a 9 year old, I recall liking both.

BJ McKay was a trucker who had a pet monkey. They drove around, getting into mishaps, and were many times chased by Sheriff Lobo. It was a mix of the whole Smokey and the Bandit thing, along with the popularity of trucking and CB radios in the 70's. Someone decided that Sheriff Lobo should have his own show.

I can still remember the theme song to both. Thanks for putting them back into my active memory!
