Most people talk about Hartman's Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz, but doesn't Lyle Lanley have his charms? Especially being such an excellent artist.

Nobody really talks about Mr. Lanley since he was a one episode character. McClure and Hutz popped up quite frequently, and McClure even married into the Simpson extended family.
