Another joke that won't be funny

When the Stonecutters paint the apartment building sky blue and a plane flies into it.

It was a helicopter and no plane and it flew into the building by accident. I hope they won�t cut the scene now. Whether it is funny any longer or not is certainly a decision that everyone should make for himself or herself.

I saw that recently and still thought it was funny, especially how the building wasn't even damaged and how the helicopter just bounces off. ________________________________________________________________

I think that�s just a typical Simpsons joke: they paint the building sky-blue, a helicopter hits the building by accident, bounces off and nobody gets hurt. I see no real connection to the WTC tragedy.

I think there are only two episodes that shouldn�t be shown for a while, "Homer vs New York" and of course "New Kids on the Bleech" (which is IMO even more offensive) but I�d say censoring other episodes and scenes is the wrong way.
