I've noticed that although there are many complaints about the Simpsons recent episodes, there seems to be some confusion about what's actually wrong with them. That's why I've devised this handy complaint form. It should work for any episode you should have a complaint about.

THE SIMPSONS COMPLAINT FORM

1. I wish to register my dissatisfaction with The Simpsons episode broadcast on (date:____): Production code (________); episode title (__________).

  • I have been watching The Simpsons for-

A. 1 year or less B. 1-3 years C. 8-4 years D. 9-12 years E. From the beginning F. My name is Matt Groening!

  • I wish to place blame for the problems on-

A. The Fox Network B. Ian Maxtone-Graham C. The Comic Book Guy for showing up and saying "Worst episode ever!" D. Not cancelling the show.

  • My specific complaint about this episode was-

A. Homer gets another wacky job and acts like an asshole. B. What's with the stupid plot? It had a lot of good jokes but a lousy plot! C. Another trip? Where the hell do they get all the money to go on these trips? D. Why does Lisa have to be so political? I'm sick of PC Thug Lisa! E. They should have cancelled this show years ago!

  • Why do you watch The Simpsons if it bothers you so much?

A. I've been watching it for years, I can't stop now! B. What are you, kidding me? I love to complain about how bad it is! C. I don't know, everybody else does.... D. I'm hoping it's going to be better, so far it hasn't been. But maybe next week.....

6. Let me ask you a question. Why would anybody wearing a T-shirt that says 'Genius At Work' spend all their time watching a children's cartoon show?

A. Because I want to! B. Worst episode ever. C. Ooh! Good one, smartass! That's a quote from the show, isn't it? D. I'd like to withdraw my question.

  • If I ever meet the asshole who wrote this, I will-

A. Kick his ass B. Rip off his head and use his brains to paint your house C. Kick his ass D. Kick his ass

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this Simpsons complaint form. Your comments are always important to us. Well, not always, but sometimes. Well, we hear what your saying.... You're probably not even reading this far down, so I'll just go eat dinner now. I'm eating a pizza. With pepperoni.

What is wrong with this complaint form: a. Worst complaint form ever. b. Creator of form obviously has never had sex in his entire life. c. Creator of form obviously has no sarcasm detector, it would have exploded and killed him when he was creating the original posting.

What is the creator of this form going to do to me: a. Glue wig with psychedelic colors over my real hair. b. Make me eat 100 tacos during Dr. Who marathon. c. Drop Lard Lad donut on my house.

What is the best way to deal with this complaint form: a. Just don't fill it out! Just don't fill it out! b. Release the hounds. They will tear it apart. c. Make the creator of this form live underground in a fiberglass tree.

HAIL to the THIEF! Not my president. IMPEACH HE SUPREME COURT!

The Democrats are, rightfull so, criticizing Bush's plan to give out more tax breaks and tax refunds, especially where these will most benefit the rich. The Democrats need to rebuild their influence with the public. One way they could do this that would impress many voters would be to refuse to take the new refund or the tax breaks. Or, if they don't want this money to remain in the government as a means of financing the to-be war with Iraq, they could set the money aside in a trust fund or some such thing to be closed out and returned to the government after they have regained power.

Saying what you think and living up to what you think should not be a contradiction. Condemning a tax break or refund and then accepting it is a definite contradiction. At least that's my opinion.
