In America some ppl were having a social game of baseball...
The pitcher pitched the ball at the batter and the batter hit the ball..
the ball then hit the pitcher now can anyone tell me who the pitcher is trying to sue..
not the batter..
not the owner of the field (a counsel or whatever)...
but the the pitcher is trying to sue the inventor of the baseball bat.
And from what cousin of a friend of a friend's girlfriend's brother did you hear this from?
