I got the Season 2 DVD and I love it! The 3 Butterfinger commercials are my favorite thing on the disc. One of them is copyrighted 1988, When the Tracey Ullman Shorts were getting popular ( It wasn't the old " Tracy Ullman Design" It was when they looked different" . Were Simpsons Butterfinger Commercials around this long?

When "The Simpsons" became a series, the ad was run again -- this time, with the more-familiar "Nobody Better Lay A Finger My Butterfinger" slogan.
That wasn't the commercial I was talking about. It was copyrighted 1988, and had the same catchphrase. It was probably when the 3rd season started, Because that's when their design changed. It was the "No Teasing" Commercial. They showed alive action Butterfinger snap 3 times 4 some reason.
