Animated blooper reels can be hilarious. Ever see the outtakes from Monsters, Inc.? Good stuff! I also remember a blooper clip from "King of the Hill" where Luanne was running up to the guys in the alley and her breasts popped out of her top (they "censored" it with a black rectangle). The guys all started laughing and Hank said something like, "Easy, Luanne, you already got the part!"

There's definite potential for a Simpsons blooper show.

My understanding is that the scene in the closing credits of "The Flintstones" where the car tips over because the order of Brontosaurus ribs that Fred asked for was too heavy was also an out take. Instead of throwing it away, the producers and director decided to use it in the closing credits.

The "Bewitched" blooper reel from the 1960s TV show was hilarious. Samantha was blowing up cars, making planes crash. It was funny. Too bad those people got hurt, though.
