I just realized that Homer killed two divers with his electric car when he took it for a test-drive in the harbor. Is there a caonical list of the people Homer has killed, directly or no?

I don't think so. I don't remember the episode in much detail, but I think Grimes deserves a lot of the blame himself. It's not like Homer went out of his way to make his life hell. I should be able to have fun with this one with my Psychologist friends.
He stole Grime's lunch..lied to him..smashed his car..didn't stick up for him when Grimes got in trouble for the acid/wall thing..

We don't know how Doctor Marvin Monroe died, probably killed by the writers... or killed himself when recieving the electic bill after 7G04.
If I remember correctly Uter was lost in a school trip and is not confirmed killed although his parents don't know where he is and Skinner can't tell them. Maybe he was killed when they tried to sneek in to that war show and was hunted by north and south state soldiers.

I know the continuity freaks will spank me for this one, but the ULTIMATE Homer Kill was the Halloween episode where he _directly_ causes the complete extinction of all life on earth by failing to update his work computer to guard against the Y2K virus. That's the story where Homer's & Bart's heads explode in the vacuum of outer space .... classic exploding-head ending, btw, by which all future exploding-head endings will be judged imho.
