On a roll here! I was watching "Bart The General" (on DVD, yay!), and I noticed that on the school bus, one of the kids in the background goes from having no body to a body intermittently, and his face also changes from brown to yellow and then back!!
I'm surprised it's not in the capsule, cause it sticks out like a sore thumb.

What about in 7G07 (on DVD) when Apu is dispensing the Squishee for Bart. There is an ugly glitch where Apu turns around, and you see a pile of animation cels (cut outs) on top of the drawing of his head. It's like 10-15 sheets thicker, or something, and it makes Apu's head look like it's been cut out and pasted on.
Just an observation; something I hadn't noticed before.
