he used to be a major league baseball player, known as one of the bash brothers. he's also had a bunch of run-ins with the law, like being convicted for every unsolved murder... oh wait that's steve sax. but jose canseco had some drug problems. a while ago he got arrested while under house arrest. recently he wrote a book claiming that he personally injected steroids into mark mcgwire in 1998. based on where they stick the needle, i don't want to imagine him doing that.
