I would have richard o'brien as mr burns. He's famous for writing the rocky horror show and appearing in the rocky horror picture show as riff raff. He really looks like mr burns and i've heard him do a burns impression. he would be perfect.

Steve Buscemi has already signed on to portray Ren Hoek opposite John Goodman's Stimpy in the live action version of Ren and Stimpy. Sorry, he is not available for the live action Simpsons movie.
