ok the second to last time sideshow bob was shown on the simpsons he turned good and the last epsiode that he was on he was killed sussposidley so i want to know why wouldnt he be good on the last episode he was on?

He was only "good" in comparison to Cecil, and he was primarily acting in his own interests, that is, to save himself and his name from Cecil's framing of him.

Also, if you hadn't seen that episode, you wouldn't have known he was "good," and one of the basic rules The Simpsons (despite some notable exceptions) is that the ending or punchline of one episode doesn't carry over to other episodes.
