That new lawyer in DABF14 The Sweetest Apu, the one who says something like Humans and there emotions stop them from getting cash.

Well anyway, I'm positive I saw the character, or atleast the design of him in a very, very early episode. But I can't remember where!

It's a bit like that guy they had who comes into The Leftorium in "When Flanders Failed."

Ned: I think word of mouth is starting to spread.
   Man: Hey, I hear you validate parking tickets without purchase.
   Ned: Oh, right as rain!  Or, as we say around here, `left as rain',
heh heh.
   Man: Just stamp the ticket.
   Ned: Oh, okay.

He then turns up in [9F21] Homer's Barbershop Quartet.

Marge: Your teenage son or daughter will think this wishbone necklace is really cool! Man: I doubt my son or daughter is that stupid.

The man was an example of them using an old character design over again for a new use, and sometimes giving them a new personality.

Still, it this was a sitcom like Dennis the Menace or My Three Sons, they probably could've created a character who was the relative, like a nephew of Lionel Hutz and had him taking over the business.
