Question about the "Chili Pepper" episode

In "The mysterious Voyage of Homer" (3F24) sometimes knows as the "Chili Pepper" episode, there is a scene in which Homer begins to hallucinate, starting with Ned Flanders, then he sees Jasper (Goo-goo-goo-joob?), Nelson, Mrs. Crabapple, and lastly - Barney giving the most psychedelic belch ever. I taped the original broadcast on 1/5/97, so I have a record of it.

However - when it is replayed on our local Fox affiliate (KCPQ 13 Seattle - 2 episodes each weeknight!) the Barney Belch is omitted. It cuts directly from Crabapple to Homer running away.

My question is: Does anyone else get the uncut episode in their local re-runs, or was "The Belch" edited out of the episode everywhere?

That depends on which station you're talking about. It was edited on the CBC, but I'm pretty sure the episodes aired on The Comedy Network are uncut.

Teletoon hasn't aired the show since Comedy acquired the rights, which was some years ago. And Comedy doesn't have ALL the episodes uncut. The majority, but not all.

--------- That must've been about 2 or 3 years ago. I remember Teletoon aired The Simpsons at 9 at one time, then they moved to 11, and finally Comedy revived the 9 slot when it started showing it. I *think* that was in late 2001.
