I was trying to think of a number of episodes whihc have dated references, eg Much Apu About Nothing (Tom & Nicole ref); Sunday, Cruddy Sunday (Superbowl teams/Clinton); City Of NY... (of course); any episode with past presidents etc. Apologies in anticipation.

I'm not a movie buff and didn't take the time to replay that episode, but as I recall the comment made about Cher that "she's won an Oscar (or was it an Academy Award)" not that "she's a singer"--since that's what she started as and would have been doing when the coma began?
