I was watching Entertainment Tonight a couple days ago, and Yeardley Smith told about her 25 year battle with Bulimia. (binging and purging) I immediately pictured a ravenous Lisa stuffing fruit in her mouth from a Marge sized hat made of fruit (ala ? Del Rio) then using the stripped hat to puke (purge) in. My mind works like that sometimes...
It got me to thinking how neat it would be if all of the real actors portrayed some of their own hidden vices onto their characters. (Mr. Smithers really Gay??? j/k!) Just THINK of the possibilities, everything from ex- porn stars, to halitosis to the Heartbreak of Psoriosis could be new story lines. The mind boggles! Well, mine did anyway. (see above)
Anyhow, I've been lurking here a few days now. I notice it seems to be a male dominated group, ('m a girl...well..a woman...well an old la...nevermind) and I'm curious what the general make up of this group is. I don't think I'm quite as fanatical about The Simpsons as many of you here are, although I have been watching them 3 times a days for the past year or so.
Yes, I AM a webtv user, and I hope that won't be held against me. I've taken part in other usenet groups for over 4 years now and have _seldom_ been reprimanded if that's any consolation.
