How about in Season 15 Moe meets his long lost brother Joe,Millhouse moves to Capitol City with his dad after his mom loses Custody,Homer and Herb reunite only to have Herb get shot by an unknown shooter who mistakens him for Homer.Marge accidently dyes her hair Red with 44 year dye.Bart once again attempts to jump Springfield Gorge only to be foiled and showed up by not Homer but Lisa in "Lisa the Daredevil" {spoof from Bart the Daredevil}.And Homer goes look for the shooter of his Brother not only with Sideshow Bob and Bart but Grampa.

Great ideas but the plot in which Homer's brother Herb gets shot, and the Simpsons look for the killer has already been done. However, I can see most of your other ideas getting done for Season 16 Lisa the Daredevil. I guess she wants to be popular.

Otto Cab Co. from 2F15 is established. The Simpsons are going to Antarctica! (This year. Last year, Brazil.) Magic powers. Wedding, after wedding, after wedding. Did somebody say, "long-lost triplets"? Marge becomes a robot. Moe gets a cell phone. Has Bart ever owned a bear? How 'bout a crazy wedding, where something happens, and doo-doo-doo-doo-doo...

Millhouse and Dad move to Capitol City after his mom loses custody and Kirk finds a job in the dye factory run by Moe's brother Joe. Marge buys some dye for whatever reason and it gets dumped on her head while sleeping. Marge is woken up by the doorbell and it's Herb! Herb is looking for Homer when he is suddenly shot. Homer comes home after a day at work and notices his brother lying there in a pool of his own blood.
Meanwhile, Bart is practicing his skateboarding skills. He sees Homer and Marge(dripping red dye from her hair) rushing Herb to the hospital and decides to follow them. Sideshow Bob, watching this whole situation unfold, thinks about getting revenge on Bart and follows him! They all meet up in the hospital as Herb is put in the same room as Grampa, who is in the hospital for whatever reason. Bart blames Sideshow Bob for shooting Herb, and of course Bob denies it. Homer, Bart, Bob, and Grampa decide it's time to find the shooter!
They see the criminal peering in through the window with a gun, and chase after him! The shooter loses them for awhile. The gang is on the top of the hill overlooking Springfield Gorge, looking for the shooter when they suddenly spot him! Bart has a crazy idea to jump the gorge to chase the shooter! When he goes to jump the gorge.. Lisa speeds by him and jumps the gorge first! Lisa lands on the other side of the gorge on top of the criminal and knocks him out! Everyone is on the other side of the gorge after Lisa knocks him out, and it's revealed to be Moe's brother Joe! Joe gets arrested after admitting he shot Herb for no reason while the Simpsons, including Marge and her now red hair, pat themselves on the back for a job well done.
The Simpsons decide to go on a trip to Antartica and book travel arrangements on Moe's cellphone!
They can fit that in a 30 minute episode!
