(Just watched now! I was busy last night... but I haven't read anything else yet.)
OK, a little obvious as some of these episodes tend to be, but the accents were funny anyway. Not a lot to say at the moment, except a few bits: Homer's nearly shooting himself in the mouth seemed a bit uncharacteristic and weird for the show; parts of the end reminded me strongly (more so than it would seem on paper) of "The Butter Battle Book"; and the resolution with the door 10 seconds later seemed oddly satisfying.

Previous episode references FABF17: Neil Diamond's "America" (known better as "Coming to America"?) was used on credits then, see title 2F22: Barley-ade instead of lemonade reminiscent a bit of turnip juice (also other Springfield vs. local town stuff) 3G03: the kids already had a nanny 3F22, others: Bart showing off his skateboarding chops to impress new kids 1F09: Don mentioned the story parallels to this and DABF17 in synopsis but they did use the word "vigilante(s)" here
Goof Xylophobia should be fear of wood, not xylophones. I wouldn't be surprised to hear it existed (as fear of wood anyway).
One more note that will annoy the regulars this stuff annoys So we are left with another short season (21 episodes to go with seasons 12 and 16!) - not the shortest regular one anymore, of course. Also, lowest number in production to end it (12), and the most holdovers (10, breaking season 20's 9) for season 21, assuming LABF has 22 episodes.
But I couldn't help noticing that the total episode-aired count at the end of the season is 441, which is a square number - something we just saw recently with 400 (season 18), and until then only at the end of season 4 (81).
