Sordid details of Jackson 'sex abuse' revealed

NEW sordid details of the sex abuse case against Michael Jackson have emerged as lawyers gear up for the celebrity trial of the year.
Underwear belonging to the Thriller star's alleged victim, a teenage cancer sufferer, was discovered in the bedroom of Jackson's six-year-old daughter Paris, it was claimed.
And the boy reportedly told police that the King of Pop surfed pornographic websites when they were together.
The new accounts were reported by website thesmokinggun.com part of America's Court TV, which said it had obtained a host of court documents relating to the case.
Jackson, 46, has pleaded not guilty to committing a lewd act upon a child, administering an intoxicating agent, and conspiring to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.
According to the new report, Jackson plied his alleged victim, then aged 12, with wine, vodka, tequila, whiskey and Bacardi. He molested the boy, it is claimed, as they lay in Jackson's bedroom in their pajamas.
The boy reportedly told prosecutors that Jackson gave him new underwear after one encounter and was never given the original garment back.
When police raided Jackson's Neverland ranch near Santa Barbara, they found the underwear in the room of his daughter, according to an inventory of items seized.

The accuser went on to allege that Jackson had indecently touched him. And the boy's younger brother allegedly corroborated some of the stories.
In another incident, on Jackson's private jet, the young boy fell asleep with his head on Jackson's chest. The boy's mother, who was also aboard, told police she saw Jackson licking the top of her son's head like a cat as he slept.
Police were eventually called, and made the decision to raid Neverland in November 2003.
Detective Paul Zelis wrote in an affidavit, seen by the website, that Jackson had a "three-year-long interest" in the alleged victim that was "grossly abnormal".
He said there was "reasonable, probable cause" to believe "Michael Joe Jackson is a paedophile and one with the means to inhibit disclosure of his offences by bribery and intimidation", the website reported.
In addition, the accuser was able to pinpoint for police where in the ranch a briefcase could be found containing pornographic magazines.
In a search-warrant affidavit, Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Sgt Steve Robel described how Jackson masturbated his drunk victim. "I'll do it for you... I'll show you," he wrote, recounting what the alleged victim reported Jackson saying upon their first sexual encounter.
"Michael then grabbed him in his private area. [The boy] said that both he and Michael were wearing pajamas and lying in Michael's bed. [The boy] said he told Michael he didn't want to do it. Michael told him 'It's OK' and 'It's natural'."
The child told detectives Jackson took him for a holiday in Miami and provided red wine, known as Jesus Juice, hidden in a Diet Coke can, telling him to drink it to relax.
Authorities said they believe Jackson knew he was in trouble for giving alcohol to a youngster, so his team allegedly tried to cover up the crime. The boy was set to give a urine sample as part of his ongoing cancer treatment in March 2003. But on the way to delivering the sample to doctors, a Jackson aide "accidentally spilled out almost all the sample, making it impossible for doctors to test".
The family claim that after a documentary by Martin Bashir about Jackson in February 2003, attempts were made to hold them virtual prisoner at Neverland.
The cancer sufferer admitted on the program that he and Jackson sometimes slept in the same room.
Jackson is due to go on trial in California on January 31, and the case is expected to last four to six months. He has pleaded not guilty, calling the claims a "big lie".
The singer's spokeswoman declined to discuss the shocking allegations, citing a judge's gag order.
