My Girlfriend and I have been trying frantically for the past few days to find the answer to the following question...
What is the deal with the guy who speaks to the governer on the phone at the end of episode DABF16 - The Frying Game. He is a reoccuring character on the show. He has the unique voice and is always saying, "Yeeeeeeessssssss".

It's based on the late character actor Frank Nelson, who was a regular on Jack Benny and I Love Lucy, among other places. I should also TESTILY point out that this has been asked and answered on this group as recently as 3 weeks ago.
