Bart's punishments

Can someone here give me a list of things Bart's done that have gotten him punished? Or at least a short list of things he done that we can assume he was later punished for?

off the top of my head:

bart was caught cheating in school,and was put in a smart school,which,both parents and teachers were glad to get rid of him.and of course he failed miserably,finally making him owe up to his cheating ways.

he was caught stealing at try-and-save and was ignored by the family,which seemed the worst punishment to him!!

he also be-headed jebadiah springfield,,which caused him the anguish of the towns people,and only realized it when the crazy mob of citizens came to attack him and homer,near the end of the show.

also in bart vs. australia he was punished for making a mockery of australia for making a collect call for $900,just to find out which way their water ran down the drain,,and was given "the boot"

also theres the one where bart is sent to military school,which lisa gladly accompanies him,after he's tricked into going to an amusement park,,but i cant remember what he did wrong(i think he was cheating again...anyone else know??)
