Talk about making hay with an event!
What with the recent provincial election in Ontario and the current mayorality race in Toronto, The Comedy Network, Canada's cable channel for comedy programming, recently launched a new ad campaign in bus shelters which features a smiling Mayor Quimby with the words "Vote Quimby" beside him.
(They've done some interesting ads both as bus shelter ads and billboards - one of my favorites was the one with Marge, where they modified the bus shelter so we could see her hair in all its glory :) )
