#1. Lisa the Vegetarian #2. Bart of Darkness #3. Not really sure, maybe Lisa on Ice.

People always say I'm a grade-A moron for liking those episodes but that's the cool thing, everyone has their own favorites for their own reasons. These episodes stand out in my mind cuz of their abundance of great quotes. Adding of chocolate to milk, BYOBB, Don't make me run I'm full of chocolate, etc etc. D'OHETH!
