You don't have to tell me this is a FAKE auction...no way is that price real, no way is that cheezy drawing by Groening (looks like it was done by a ten year old), and so on. Betcha eBay yanks it quick.

It was just some cheezy pencil drawing supposedly done by Groening but it looked like it was done by a ten-year old kid. Or else Groening was really really drunk when he made it. Bidding got up to $10 million before it was yanked by eBay.

I never saw it, and in fact I'm not sure I'm thinking of the same thing, but on another board there was a thread about an obviously fake sketch made "drawn by Matt Groening has he watched the twin towers fall down on 9/11/02" (note the 02 at the end....). Someone also repeated the cheesy line from it: "Bart must save the towers with his cowabunga!"
