I need help with a Flan-diddley-anders quote...

Can any one tell me about a quote Flanders used down in his basement? It went something like 'As a good host I'm obliged to offer you a beer...but I'm so mad it's gonna be mostly head!' I can usually google a simpsons quote and get the right episode right away, but this time it didn't work. Thanks and best regards
