The RV falls at a constant rate. Now, since this is a cartoon, the car should not fall until the Law of Gravity is explained.

It could have instantly reached terminal velocity. Obviously air resistance is much higher in a 2D world.

According the "The Laws of Physics in the Cartoon Universe", gravity doesn't apply until the character looks down and sees he's off the cliff (or whatever).
