It's striking how thin it is. First, there is the full opening with extended couch gag. Then, there is the gratuitous montage of Homer's past injuries. Finally, the longer-than-necessary dance sequence at the end. At least the couch gags contribute something...
I do have something positive to say: I always like it when Skinner gets to do something right. Also, with the format they go straight from the opening into the story, and I like that.

Agree.
Opening couch part was excellent, but the surprising multitude of commercials was disappointing.
Are they becoming like Fox on the reruns when they shave off some parts to add more commercials?
Still have yet to see the twin towers episode when Homer's car get very ticketed.
