In the scene where Bart confronts The House, Milhouse says, "Take off, hoser!" Now, the hoser part I got right away, being Canada and all, but I was like "Take off, what kind of lame crap is that? Who says take off?" I have since then rewatched "Strange Brew" and found my answer. You goddamn screwy Canucks! (I love all of you guys, though!)
