Carl's icelandic? I mean, I assumed that Lenny was, but Carl?

Where do you get the assumption that Lenny is from Iceland? don't recall any pointers.

I think the joke was that with Carl being black, you wouldn't expect him to be from Iceland.

But, "Carlson" seems to be the sort of name you'd see in Iceland (and Denmark and Norway, etc) so maybe that's why Iceland was picked over another country with little or no black population.
