Yes, but there seems to be more than one squeaky-voiced teen, as shown in "Lard of the Dance." In "Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy," one of these teens is referred to as "Mr. Peterson," so that MIGHT mean the lunchlady's name is Doris Peterson, but we don't know that for sure.
