The way Bart snapped the line, as if he were a coffee addict, had me in stitches.

I's say that MOST of Bart the General was side-splitting (my favorit ep until Bart the Lover came along). The training scene ("You can march them off a cliff...") springs immediately to mind.
They re-visit this later on as Homer pranks Marge in the Burly episode (in the guise of Chad Sexington): Marge: How did you get my number? Homer: I...don't know.

I think the first side-splitter I ever saw was the family shocking each other in Monroe's office. I don't care how many times I see that, it always cracks me up. I think it has somedhting to do with the vibrating teeth as they get shocked.

The episode (excuse me for not remembering title and/or number) where Marge ruins Otto and - err - umm...What's her name? Anyway, Otto's marriage, and is then suspecting Otto's Ex of trying to steal Homer. The scene in the ice-cream parlor (is her name Wendy?):
Homer: (her name) I think I speak for all of us when I say: When is the icecream gonna get here? Teen Clerk: "And the lord..." and so forth, all that presenting the ice-cream "Ark" - I forget the words.
Homer's response to the boat filled with ice-cream just killed me instantly...Seriously! I had to get CPR! (No really!)...
