REVIEW: B - it started out a little slow, but unlike most "let's get Homer out of a jam" episodes, this one actually had a good ending, and never mind that it left a few too many unfinished endings, like "what's to stop the parking problem in Springfield if Homer doesn't have his tow truck"?
