I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Itchy and Scratchy joke was kinda tasteless. Not just the reference to the plane crash, but the fact they made Holly, The Big Bopper and Valens into some kinda creepy vampires... I thought that was really weird and kinda pointless,...
The rest of the episode was quite funny though,... Although the Lego stuff was a little weak. Shoulda made it a petting zoo instead. Would've made more sense. It felt more like a "Family Guy" kinda joke to me,...
Well, the Lego theme park -does- exist. However, it's in Denmark. I wonder what the justification would be for Burns to transport his waste across the Atlantic...
I thought there was a Legoland in the US, too. Ten to fifteen years ago, I remember reading something, and pointing it out to someone who was young enough to still be interested in Lego. I thought a key point was that it was visitable, because it was in North America. Of course, if there was a North American version, perhaps it closed down.

Last I looked, there was a lego store in the Mall of America made entirely of legos. I walked right through a door that said "Employees Only, Keep Out", because how seriously can one take a lego door with a lego sign hanging on it? They probably get that all the time. I hope.
