He's the guy with a mustache who typically begins his lines with "Hey.." For example, in an episode he says to Lisa, "Hey little girlie". He is usally working as a store clerk. Not much to go on but I'm sure plenty of you know who I'm talking about.

But the next time he's addressed by name on an episode, watch him have an entirely different name!
