Dimensions of simpsons TV room

I'm trying to make a map for a game of the simpson's tv room (eventually possibly the entire house, but for now just the tv room). I found the plans here: http://www.snpp.com/guides/floor_plan.html but I need the approximate dimensions and locations of the windows and stuff, which ascii art doesn't convey very well.

Any guesses as to the size of the room, objects, placement of windows/doorways, etc? I want to make it as accurate as possible. It's a good thing I have a couple of the seasons on DVD so I can freeze frame on the room.

Let's see, a door is typically 7 feet tall and a window is maybe 32 inches wide...

True, but rooms come in many sizes...

but once you establish these known reference points, the rest can be estimated - like, "the wall is 5 doors wide."
