Theme Weeks

This week,FOX18 in Charlotte,NC is running a theme week called "Love Stinks".The episodes they are showing are,:"Bart's Friend Falls In Love","The Way We Was","Bart the Lover","I Love Lisa",and "Principal Charming." Next week it will be an all-sports week including "Lisa on Ice","Bart Star","Homer at the Bat", "The Homer They Fall" and "Team Homer." I'm wondering if any other stations around the country are doing similar theme weeks.

same here... in stlanta... it must be a national feed thing. they also had the 'springfield gets the olympics' when the winter olympics started

There is no national feed anymore, your local station runs the episodes by hand.

I despise theme weeks. All that happens is you see episodes that were JUST ON, or will be on again after sweeps is over. WUHF is running "The Lost Classics". (groan) (I groan not because I don't like the episodes, but because they were never "lost".)

Comedy Network has "Simpsons on the Road Week" starting Feb. 17. They say they are doing this because of an upcoming episode about the simpsons going to Canada.

I wish they would just continue to air the episodes in the right order, especially since Bart on the Road aired just a few days ago...but at least all the episodes are uncut.
