Syndication cuts in "Eight Misbehavin'" [BABF03]

Were there any cuts in the scene where Apu is sitting on the ice cream at the Kwik-E Mart in order to cool his loins while Homer is talking to him? When the "camera" cuts from Apu to Homer and back it looks overly jarring, as though something has been cut out. But <http://www.snpp.com/episodes/scg-11.txt> doesn't mention any syndication cuts in this scene.

It's probably just the time compression. In heavily compressed episodes, many frames get dropped. They also play back way too fast. (I could double check that, but I didn't find a cut when writing the guide)
