im looking for the name / reference to an unknown caracter in episode Sweets and Sour Marge (DABF03) near the end of the episode , when homer has a choice of dropping the sugatr in the sea of hand it off to the dealer, homer ask " where is the "hupaloopa" and the dealer say right over here, we the see a green haired midget smoking whats the name ? , and whats with him , any reference ou story ?
