~ half way through this episode, (just after homer complains about lisa's perpetual motion machine [hilarious]) there is a scene with bart in the front yard:
Marge: And Bart isn't doing very well either. He needs boundaries and structure. There's something about flying a kite at night that's so unwholesome. [looks out window]
Bart: [devious] Hello, Mother dear.
Marge: That's it! we have to get them back to school.
Is this some EXTREMELY subtle refrence to an obscure movie/tv show etc. that I didn't get, or just one of the creepiest/wierdest moments of the simpsons?
